1. No Refund Policy
Qubelex Private Limited follows a strict No Refund policy for digital services, consulting, software development, app development, cloud services, marketing services, cybersecurity advisory, managed IT services, and any project-based work once payment has been made.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Provided
Our services involve planning, consultation, resource allocation, technical work, creative output, third-party coordination, and time-based delivery. Because these services are customized and begin consuming resources immediately, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Qubelex.
3. Project Changes
Any change in scope, timeline, feature set, platform, or deliverable must be agreed in writing. Additional requirements may require separate fees and revised delivery timelines.
4. Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel or pause a project, amounts already paid will not be refunded. Qubelex may provide work completed up to the cancellation date where applicable and where all outstanding dues have been cleared.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe an invoice or payment has been issued in error, contact us promptly at hi@qubelex.com. We will review genuine billing issues in good faith.
