5. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment milestones, taxes, and billing schedules are defined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause active work, support, hosting, maintenance, or delivery obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, APIs, software libraries, or advertising platforms. Qubelex is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubelex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.
